Thankful for so many things!
With the time of Thanksgiving drawing near, I am reminded that today would have been my sister, Dixie's, birthday. she was born in 1944 and died in 1992. she drowned in Key West, Florida. She and I were very close-Psychically connected. When she died, my world seemed to close in on me. Then in 1997, another sister, Suzanne, died. ELDER trees offer protection to fairies from negative spirits. They may become offended by the misuse of the wood from the elder. Folklore advises to never lay a baby in an elder wood cradle or fairies spirit the baby away or pinch them so that they bruise.
